For several years Heliflite Oy has offered helicopter services in Kilpisjärvi area. Our summer season launches at the last weeks of June and closes in September. We transport fishermen and hikers up to the fells, rivers and lakes, both in Finland and Sweden. Our helicopter may take up to 5 passengers and 30 kilo of personal baggage. In spring time we fly ice fishers to the fell lakes where the best season for this exotic way to fish lasts long till May. Our helicopter base is located in the “airport” of Kilpisjärvi, couple of kilometres south from the Hotel Kilpis. For more information check our website.
